In accordance with European law, all products purchased from our shop come with a two-year legal warranty.

The warranty is an important element and an integral part of every purchase made on our store.

What is covered by the warranty?
The warranty applies to proven manufacturing defects and does not cover wear-and-tear parts. The warranty is void in the event of improper use of a product or if you open the device to attempt your own repair.

How to request warranty assistance?
The warranty process always involves several steps. First, the customer contacts us via our online form to report the issue encountered. Our technical team then takes over and attempts to assist the customer. In many cases, issues can be resolved remotely and are minor, meaning it is not always necessary to return the item to us. If our technical service determines that a return is required, your item will be collected for analysis. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, the warranty applies. Your device will then be repaired and restored to like-new condition, or replaced with a new one if repair is impossible.

Spare parts always in stock!
At Chestergarden, spare parts are generally kept in stock. The expertise and experience of our technicians are at your service, and we do everything possible to handle your case quickly. Once repaired, items are tested and approved as being fully operational again.

Our policy: always repair whenever possible!
In a world increasingly focused on protecting the planet, Chestergarden is committed to reducing waste and conserving resources. Therefore, if an item can be repaired, it always will be. Replacing a defective item with a new one is only considered when the defect is irreparable.

Repairs outside warranty?
If a defect results from improper use, concerns a wear-and-tear part, or if the warranty period has expired, the warranty cannot apply. However, if the item is repairable, a repair quote will be sent. If the quote is accepted, the item will be repaired and returned to the customer.
