You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to return any item that does not meet your expectations.

Please note that products must be returned in their original packaging, together with all accessories and manuals, in perfect resale condition, unused and free from any marks or signs of use. Failing this, the products will be returned to you at your expense and will not be refunded or exchanged.

How to return an item:
Carefully place the item back in its original packaging;
Contact our customer support team via our Contact Us page;
You will receive an email with instructions on how to return the item to us;
Your refund will be processed once our returns centre has received and inspected the parcel.

Delivery

 

Parcels weighing less than 30 kg are delivered to the address of your choice (home, workplace, etc.) via Bpost, GLS or DPD. Orders are usually dispatched on the same day or the following working day after your order has been received.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to follow your parcel's progress.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed before you complete your payment.

Estimated delivery times for parcels under 30 kg* (non-exhaustive list)
Zone 1: Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg: 24 hours
Zone 2: Mainland France*: 48 to 72 hours
Zone 3: Germany: 48 hours
Zone 4: Spain*, Poland, Austria: 72 hours
Zone 5: Italy, Portugal*: 72 to 96 hours

Parcels weighing more than 30 kg are shipped by carriers specialising in the transport of heavy goods.

Estimated delivery times for parcels over 30 kg*
- Heavy parcels over 30 kg: 2 to 5 days
- Special items such as wooden garden products (raised beds, swings, etc.): approximately 10 days
- Large outdoor structures such as garden sheds, carports, gazebos, etc.: 4 to 6 weeks
