Its thick steel firebox, lined with included refractory bricks, ensures excellent heat-up performance and even heat distribution. This allows for precise, flavourful cooking whether you choose charcoal or natural wood logs.
The premium 8+8 mm grilling grate, offering a cooking surface of 49 × 40.5 cm (1620 cm²), lets you grill generous amounts of food. With this cooking area, the Duramax barbecue can comfortably serve up to 8 to 10 people, making it perfect for family meals or gatherings with friends.
Thanks to its rack-and-pinion height adjustment system, controlled by a crank fitted with a safety brake, you can easily raise or lower the grate depending on the heat intensity. A true comfort feature to prevent flare-ups or achieve perfect searing.
The ash collection drawer makes cleaning after each session easy, so barbecue enjoyment is never ruined by tedious maintenance.
