Make your terrace the heart of outdoor dining with the Brasafina barbecue. Much more than a traditional barbecue, it combines the versatility of a plancha, the authentic flavour of wood-fired cooking and the warm atmosphere of an outdoor fire pit in one contemporary and elegant appliance.
Designed to operate with charcoal or firewood, the Brasafina features a generous 3 mm thick AISI 304L stainless steel plancha plate. Its large 72 x 72 cm cooking surface allows you to prepare meat, fish, vegetables, seafood and burgers for several guests at the same time.
At the centre of the plancha, a 24 x 24 cm raised stainless steel grill grate provides direct cooking over the embers, perfect for searing food while preserving authentic grilled flavours.
The inner firebox is lined with refractory bricks, ensuring excellent heat retention and even heat distribution. Thanks to the adjustable air intake, you can easily control the fire intensity and cooking temperature to suit every recipe.
This barbecue plancha is equipped with a removable ash collection drawer, a spacious lower storage compartment for wood or charcoal, and 4 heavy-duty castors, including 2 with brakes for easy mobility and excellent stability.
With its modern design and premium-quality materials, the IMOR Brasafina fits perfectly on a terrace, in a garden or alongside an outdoor kitchen.
